Fyrst I bequath my soule to almyghtie god my maker & Redemer & my bodye to be buryed in the church yard of Yolgreve aforsaid. that Administration thereof be granted & comitted to my sons
John Birds Francis Birds & William Birds and that this my
renuntiation and consent may the better take effect I doe hereby
constitute and appoint George Hand publiqyue Notary and one
of the proctors of the Bishops Court of Litchfeild my two
and lawful Proctor for me in my name place & stead to
appeare before the worshipfull Henry Raines Dr of lawes and
Chancellour of the Diocese of Litchfeild & Coventry or his
lawfull Surrogate to pry and procure this my my commutiation
and consent may be admitted & enacted And what my said
Proctor shall lawfully doe herein I promise hereby to ratifye
and confirme Witnessth my hand and seal this sixteenth day
